High End Insurance Sales Agency - Join Our Team

We are seeking top-tier, self-motivated insurance agents who are capable of managing their own sales processes without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable selling high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-ticket sales rather than traditional, low-premium policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
