High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier sales professionals who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial gratification.

  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  • Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies; instead, we focus on high-value products.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
