High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier, self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who require minimal supervision.

We are a high-end insurance agency, not looking for agents who are desperate, unable to buy their own leads, need hand-holding, sell low-premium policies, or are uncoachable with a big ego.

Who We Are Looking For

• An agent who is competent, articulate, and communicates effectively.
• An agent comfortable with high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month.
• An agent ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not support lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
