We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who are confident and independent, capable of working without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, or those unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and support
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-value policies and operate entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
