We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel without needing hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers to sell high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
