We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products such as final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, writing between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
