Who We Are

We are a High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads, or needing hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent agents who communicate well and are confident.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow an effective system.

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom) and do not engage in traditional or low-premium life insurance sales.

Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium sales. We provide a proven training system, high starting contracts, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and welcome motivated agents to join us.
