We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who can work independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachably egocentric agents

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom) and focus on high-value clients.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
