Overview

High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier, self-motivated, and self-managing salespeople who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For
  • Agents desperate to make money without proven skills or resources
  • Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales
  • Agents needing hand-holding at every step
  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
  • Uncoachable agents with a large ego
Who We Are Looking For
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
  • Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
  • Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation
Our Company & Offerings

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more qualified agents.
