High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are

We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, cannot afford their own leads, or need hand-holding at every step. We focus on high-end insurance products and professional agents who are coachable and capable of working independently.

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not engage in lead assist programs and offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
