We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
