High End Insurance Sales Agency - Seeking Top Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently due to desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value products.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone and/or Zoom meetings across the US.

Typically, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
