High End Insurance Sales Agency - Seeking Top-Tier Agents

We are looking for self-motivated, self-managed salespeople who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial gains.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators with effective speaking skills.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of successful agents.
