High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. This role is ideal for agents who are confident, independent, and capable of managing their own sales processes without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding throughout the sales process.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively articulate the value of high-end insurance products.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
