High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

• Agents comfortable presenting high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assist programs; instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
