High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent money or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high-premium products (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.
