Who We Are Not Looking For

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, typically over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our Business Model

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, targeting high net-worth clients.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
