High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and require constant reassurance.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who need hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, focusing on high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we engage in low-premium policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
