High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance or hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents. We are committed to efficiency and do not engage in lead assist programs.
