High-End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople

We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing agents who do not require hand-holding. Our agency specializes in high-ticket insurance products and values competence, effective communication, and coachability.

Who We Are Not Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
• Uncoachables or individuals with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs, and we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
