Job Description: High End Insurance Sales Agent

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and cannot buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies (e.g., $30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent agents with good communication skills
• Agents comfortable selling high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
