We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for motivated, self-managed salespeople who can work independently without hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end carriers, specializing in high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), with an average weekly lead investment of $1,000 to $1,500, resulting in premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.
We do not engage in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
