High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are

We are a high-end insurance sales agency, not looking for agents who are desperate, unable to buy leads, or need hand-holding. We seek professional, coachable agents who are ready to follow a proven system.

• Agents who are motivated by earning high commissions and are financially driven.
• Agents who can effectively communicate and are comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month).
• Agents who are ready to work with a system and do not require motivation or hand-holding.

Our company partners with top lead vendors and carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically spend between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not support lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
