Job summary

Kroger in the United States is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to gather products for online orders with a focus on freshness and quality; you will assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

You will maintain bagging standards, communicate substitutions when needed, and provide a positive shopping experience that encourages customers to return to online shopping, while following all safety and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Position Qualifications: work without supervision, read shelf tags, basic math skills, excellent oral/written communication.
• Desired Previous Experience: experience as a personal shopper or in a production oriented/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
