Job summary

Kroger Bryan is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders, with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payment, load orders into customers' cars at pickup, and maintain a clean, organized staging area while delivering friendly, service-driven experiences.

• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Process coupons and payment and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return to on-line shopping.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.
