Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper. You will select and gather products for online orders, assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.

You will maintain fresh standards and provide a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, substitutions communication, and meeting productivity and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble online orders and process coupons and payment.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars for pick up at the store.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
