Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Operate POS system to process orders.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
