Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive for pickup. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiating and completing the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering/loading orders into customers' cars.
• Scanning and bagging orders while following all standards.
• Communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meeting/exceeding customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Following all laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receiving, storing, and ensuring the quality and freshness of products.
• Responding professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensuring order accuracy and loading orders into customers' vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Processing orders through the POS system and managing out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Performing opening and closing procedures, assisting in training new team members, and meeting productivity standards.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
