Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food standards, managing equipment, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
