Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper & Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate any substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order quality, freshness, and accuracy, storing products appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, legal, and company policies.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Support a positive, cooperative, and efficient work environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Provide support to customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
