Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues.
3. Ensure order accuracy and quality, following all safety and legal guidelines.
4. Load orders into customers' cars, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
5. Operate POS systems and follow policies for substitutions and discrepancies.
6. Maintain equipment and staging areas.
7. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
8. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
9. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
10. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
