Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. The clerk scans and bags orders following standards, communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensures order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to laws and safety procedures, storing products in optimal conditions, following directions, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting discrepancies. The role involves assisting in training new team members, meeting productivity standards, and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment. Candidates must be able to manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
