Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for online customer orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers at pick-up.
3. Ensure order accuracy, proper storage, and presentation.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
5. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety standards.
6. Operate POS systems and manage order substitutions when necessary.
7. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
8. Provide excellent customer service, managing conflicts professionally and courteously.
9. Perform opening and closing procedures and report equipment issues.
10. Support with special needs customers and adhere to all accommodation requirements.
