Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, following all bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to all food safety laws and company guidelines; storing products in optimal temperature zones; ensuring order accuracy; maintaining organization and cleanliness; reporting discrepancies; inspecting equipment; performing opening and closing procedures; assisting in training new team members; and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers with special needs. The position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
