Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team is responsible for assembling orders, processing payments and coupons, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate any order substitutions or issues at pick-up. Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness is essential, as is maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas. You will also handle customer interactions professionally, process orders through the POS system, and adhere to all safety and legal guidelines. Additionally, you'll assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and perform opening and closing procedures. Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately is required. You must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
