Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Follow all bagging standards and communicate any substitutions or order exceptions to customers.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper storage.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report equipment issues.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
