Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking assistance as needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
