2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Handle orders from the staging area, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
9. Follow instructions and notes for order specifics.
10. Ensure item quality and freshness.
11. Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
12. Load orders into customers' vehicles, ensuring accuracy.
13. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
14. Process transactions via POS system.
15. Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
