Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders at pickup.
3. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
4. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and store products properly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
6. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
7. Use POS system to process transactions.
8. Assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
11. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
