Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will select and assemble online orders, process transactions, and ensure orders are loaded into customers' cars. You will follow all bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and maintain order accuracy and quality. You will also ensure compliance with safety and food handling regulations, and support a positive shopping experience.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, assisting with training, and adhering to productivity standards. You must be able to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and operate with honesty and integrity.
