Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag items while adhering to standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include following all food safety procedures, storing products properly, responding professionally to customer calls, and maintaining organization. The role requires managing conflicts calmly, acting with integrity, following directions, and supporting vulnerable populations. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
