Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and load orders into customers' cars, following all standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
• Ensure orders meet expectations for quality, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws and company guidelines.
• Store products in proper temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
