Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging orders efficiently.
• Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow instructions carefully, including notes on orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Handle conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity in all dealings.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
