Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Position Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging orders.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure order quality, freshness, and accuracy, storing products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging and equipment areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist diverse customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
