Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following all safety and legal guidelines, storing products properly, maintaining organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves using POS systems, managing out-of-stock substitutions, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment. Training new team members, meeting productivity standards, and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment are also essential.
The position requires honesty, integrity, and the ability to handle conflicts professionally. Support must be provided to customers with special needs, minors, and older adults. The job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
