Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The team ensures orders are scanned, bagged, and accurately loaded, following all standards and procedures.

The associate communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up, maintains order accuracy, and ensures quality and freshness. They respond professionally to customer calls, follow safety and legal guidelines, and keep staging areas organized and clean. The role involves inspecting equipment, reporting issues, performing opening and closing procedures, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards.

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, manages conflicts calmly, acts with integrity, follows directions, and supports customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
