Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process, assemble orders, and process payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars, following all standards and policies.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness, adhere to safety and food handling standards.
• Operate POS systems, manage out-of-stock situations, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Support customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.

Desired Experience: Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier is preferred.
