Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, follow all bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety standards, and following policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training new team members and assisting in opening and closing procedures are also part of the job. The salary range is $16.00 to $16.75 per hour.
