Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' vehicles. You will scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintain organization and cleanliness in staging areas, follow safety and food handling laws, and perform opening and closing procedures. Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. You must act with honesty and integrity, manage conflicts professionally, and support customers with special needs. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
