Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection of customers' online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick-up. They ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas. They also follow safety and legal guidelines, respond professionally to customer calls, and support new team members. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts constructively, acting with integrity, following directions, and assisting customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour.
